Cookie Policy

What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember the technical information it needs to work.

The cookies we use

We use strictly necessary cookies only. They are essential for the website to function and, under GDPR/ePrivacy rules, do not require your consent. We do not use advertising, marketing or third-party tracking cookies.

We also use your browser's session storage (not a cookie) to keep the booking details you are typing and your meal preferences while you complete a reservation, so they are not lost. Like the cookies above, this is strictly necessary for the service to work. This data is kept only in that browser tab, deleted as soon as your booking is confirmed, and normally gone when you close the tab (reopening a closed tab may restore it).

Audience measurement (cookieless)

We use Umami, a privacy-friendly audience-measurement tool, to understand how the site is used and improve it. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies on your device, collects no personal data and does not track you across other sites. Under GDPR/CNIL guidance for exempt audience measurement, no consent banner is required.

We use no advertising, marketing or remarketing trackers.

Retention period

• Session cookies: deleted when you close your browser.
• Authentication: kept for the duration of your session.

Browser settings

Most browsers let you manage or delete cookies through their settings (usually in the “Options” or “Preferences” menu). Please note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site, such as booking and sign-in, from working.

Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to be informed about, access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your personal data.

Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Please revisit this page to stay informed.
